We are delighted to announce the arrival of two new Doosan DVF 5000 machines, creating a state-of-the-art five-axis machining cell and marking another milestone in our successful partnership with Mills CNC.

The addition of these advanced five-axis machines enables us to reduce multiple set-ups, shorten cycle times on existing projects, and deliver complete five-axis machining solutions for new work. By combining this technology with our CAD-CAM expertise, we can achieve greater efficiency, accuracy, and flexibility for our customers.

The installation process took three days and included diamond drilling and securing the machines to the factory floor. To ensure a seamless start-up, our team also participated in machining trials and offsite programming at Mills CNC. As a result, we were ready to start production as soon as the machines were commissioned, helping us maintain our delivery commitments from day one.

Our engineers are excited to put the new machines through their paces and unlock the full potential of this latest investment.
