We are pleased to introduce our new 5 axis machining cell with the installation of two new Doosan DVF 5000s. We are continuing our successful partnership with Mills CNC in delivering top quality CNC machining services to our customers.

These 5 axis machines allow us to remove set ups and reduce cycle times of existing jobs as well as deliver full 5 axis solutions on new work, making the most of our CAD–CAM capabilities.

The machines required 3 days to install including diamond drilling of the floor and bolting down. We took part in machining trials and offsite programming at Mills CNC so we are able to get cutting metal as soon as they were commissioned and hit our delivery schedule. Our engineers are very excited to put the machines through their paces!
