MPM is set to increase its high-precision machining capability with the arrival of a new machining centre.

The Matchmaker VMC-1020 installed at our production facility in July 2016 is a high-speed vertical machining centre with Fanuc Oi-MD control.

It uses the very latest 3D digital design techniques to enhance the mechanical structure so as to achieve the optimum cutting performance and was chosen by MPM specifically to achieve the high precision required by our customers.

Applications for VMC machines include the aerospace, medical equipment, telecommunications, oil and gas and other high-precision industries, in which MPM specialises, for drilling, tapping and various mould-making processes.
